Bande a Part; Running through the Louvre

If you haven't seen Bande a Part by now, stop what you're doing and go see it. Let's just say that it embodies everything I love about French new wave or nouvelle vague film : great clothes, spontaneous dance sequences, the beautiful Anna Karina, and a scene in which the protagonists run through the galleries of the Louvre. This movie is fantastic, outrageous, fun, and gives you major street cred if you enjoy it as much as I know I did. And if you're extra dorky - you might remember the scene in which it's recreated in The Dreamers. BRB drooling over a young Michael Pitt.
